Organic Whole Birds Eye Chillies

Organic Birds Eye chillies are cultivated in South East Asian countries such as Thailand. The chillies are 1 ½ inches long and ¼ inch wide. However, do not be fooled by their small size as these chillies have a sharp, peppery flavour with explosive heat!

The chillies are used in South East Asian dishes for decoration and to add heat. They are essential to make a traditional Red Thai Curry paste and sauces such as our Thai Panang Gourmet Cooking Sauce. Other Asian countries such as Malaysia and Indonesia use Birds Eye chillies in stir-fries, soups and relishes.
