Wowzer! The best ST mix ever! So many layers of flavour, the heat of the chilli, sesame's nuttiness, zesty citrus peel & the umami of the nori...to name but a few!. But then, Japanese cuisine probably is the most nuanced in the world.
Wonderful as a "rub" for marinating fish & seafood before cooking, it's also great for sprouts, cauliflower, celeriac, parsnips & carrots etc. Just trim, peel or chop as required, spray with oil, toss in the ST mix, then roast...heavenly!.
No wonder Seasoned Pioneers are a Delia recommend in her "How To Cheat At Cooking"!

First time to use this spice. Fantastic flavour. Used it on veg for the BBQ. Will try it on steak next. Also used it on fish, perfect.

Excellent flavour, use sparingly at first as is very fiery. Can always add little more if you like.
