Rose Petal Masala Organic

Organic Rose Petal Masala is a wonderfully sweet Indian spice blend that contains organic toasted coconut, organic rose petals and organic cinnamon, with earthy additions of organic cardamom, organic cumin and organic cloves. This romantic blend is perfect to add to milder, sweeter curries.

The addition of rose petals in this Indian spice mix adds a wonderful decadence to its dishes. It is historically believed that similar blends fed kings and emperors throughout India. Moghuls liberally used Rose Petal Masala to coat rich and heavy cuts of meat like lamb, with yoghurt or cream.

Use as you would organic Garam Masala as a seasoning at the end of cooking or as a base for flavour. Alternatively, organic Rose Petal Masala is great to add a twist to traditional Chicken Korma.
