North Indian Style Curry Powder

I was introduced to Seasoned Pioneers by friends with a gift of the then Delia Smith selection many years ago. They knew I was missing cooking curries as no curry spices were available here in France. I have never been without my selection of Seasoned Pioneers since. This North Indian blend is new to me and it does not disappoint. Don't stop doing what you're doing, your Spices are "ACE" .

So delicious. Turns me from a very mediocre cook into churning out a curry that is a bit special. Enjoyed with a mixture of veg and/or meat, tomato puree, stock, onions, garlic and at the very end, add some sour cream. Gorgeous
