Gujarati Masala has a sweet, peppery flavour with a pop of chilli! Cumin, sesame seeds, fennel and ajowan are the standout flavours within this Indian spice blend. Much like Garam Masala Balti, this Indian spice mix is vital when making Gujarati meals at home.

Gujerat is a region along the West Indian Coastline with access to an array of fresh fish. Despite this, most of the population is vegetarian! Gujarati Masala can be used with meat and seafood but particularly elevates meat-free options.
