Organic Tabil spice mix has a hot chilli, garlic flavour. The spicy, vibrant blend is often used within North African cooking. It comprises of coriander seeds, toasted garlic, caraway seeds and red chillies. These ingredients impart a deep, earthy flavour that does not overpower its dishes.

‘Tabil’ translates to coriander in Tunisian Arabic. It is used to marinate meat, make dips and dust over flatbreads. This Organic Tunisian spice mix is great to mix with yoghurt to drizzle over dishes. Alternatively, use to deepen the flavour of your tagines and stews.
