Mulled White Wine Spice Mix

Mulled White Wine Spice Mix consists of cassia, clove, allspice and grains of paradise. Mulled wine is heavily associated with winter and the festive period.  This mix has been specifically designed to work with white wine instead of red wine.

White wine typically has a lighter and crisper flavour profile compared to red wine. This can make mulled white wine a more suitable choice for those who prefer a milder, less robust flavour in their mulled beverage. It also tends to be a little more versatile when it comes to flavour pairings, working well with a wider range of spices and sweeteners, allowing for more experimentation with flavours.
