I ordered Pasanda spices to try to reproduce a dish we enjoyed from a meal kit. I wasn't sure if it would be the same or how much to use but I made the dish, added the spices (carefully) and the curry turned out beautifully. It took a bit of finagling to get the quantity right but I'm delighted with my purchase and look forward to trying the other spice blends I've bought.
Everything you would want from a Pasanda blend - warm and gentle spices kept perfectly in a handy tin. Gorgeous aroma as the lid lifts. It inspires me to cook with it. I was given the pasanda mix as part of a gift and definitely wanted fresh supplies. Impressed with all the products I buy from Seasoned Pioneers. Moved home recently and found a pack of the Ras-el-Hanout which had fallen into the back of a cupboard. Past its Best Before date but still in excellent condition, safe in the small foil vacuum pack.
