It’s considered a sustainable crop because it’s low-maintenance and requires minimal water and fertilisers to grow. It has a strong, lemon scent and has been used for thousands of years by Indigenous Australians for its antibacterial, antifungal, and antiviral properties.

In more recent years, Lemon Myrtle has gained popularity among some of the top chefs around the world thanks to its unique flavour.
