Knead the Seed 8 seed mix: A delectable blend of 8 wholesome mini seeds; white sesame seeds, brown linseed, black sesame seeds, nigella seeds, chia seeds, blue poppy seeds, white poppy seeds and golden linseed – easy on the crunch and big on the flavour!

Adding this eight seed mix to baked goods enables you to be adventurous with your baking. Furthermore, it is beneficial for your diet and health as most seeds are packed with dietary fibre, protein, minerals, healthy fats and antioxidants. This seed mix will even improve your mircobiome and gut health. Each pack of seeds contains approximately 30 tablespoons – we recommend adding 2 – 3 tablespoons per large loaf.

This seed mix can alternatively be used to sprinkle into salads, muesli, granola, yoghurt and pasta… Or try toasting them before using as a seed topping for porridge with a drizzle of honey or maple syrup. How about trying our recipe for aubergine curry with tomatoes and ginger.

I have used seeds in my bread making for decades but this mix with wholemeal spelt flower made special flavoured rolls. My next challenge will be to use seeds with a sour dough.

I have used seeds in my bread maker on and off for a number of years. This mix, however, is streets ahead of any other mix I have used. The flavours lift the loaf from plain to artisan! Am so pleased I decided to try them.

Despite the snow the seed got to us. Excellent service supported by a telephone call to explain the delay.. I mill my own bread and adding this seed to the dough made such a difference that I could hardly believe. The taste was wonderful and the rolls I make - 12 rolls from 600g of dough all disappeared within minutes and so far the family have on tired of them - the demand is for more. The seeds add a great new taste to the fresh rolls. I will be puchasing more.
