Garam Masala Indian is a rounded mix of hot, peppery favours with a sweet edge. Cardamom, cinnamon, black cumin, cloves, nutmeg and black pepper combine to make this an all-purpose seasoning.
This spice mix is used differently throughout Indian regions. For example, people in North India sprinkle Garam Masala over finished dishes to heighten their flavour.
