450g minced beef
1 tsp salt
1 tbsp Zahtar Spice Blend
1 tsp Sumac Berries, Crushed
½ tsp Turmeric Root Ground
1 tsp Red Chillies Crushed
¼ onion, diced
3 garlic cloves, minced
A handful of chopped parsley
A handful of chopped coriander
Dash of olive oil

In a large mixing bowl, combine the minced beef with the salt, zahtar, sumac, turmeric and crushed chillies. Mix with a fork until the beef is well coated.
Add the garlic, onions, parsley and coriander and mix until well combined.
Using wet hands, knead the mixture for one minute and divide into four parts.
Shape each part into three meatballs, rolling the mixture with your hands.
Add a dash of olive oil to a flat pan and heat over a medium-low flame.
Add the meatballs to the pan and cook, turning the meatballs until each side is golden brown.
