2 tbs Oil
3 Garlic Cloves (crushed)
200g Broccoli florets
1 Tsp Chilli Powder
Salt & Pepper
(3 tbs water for steaming)
Heat 2tbsp of oil in a wok on a medium flame
Add 3 garlic cloves, minced then add in 1 tsp of our Chilli powder
Give that a stir for 2 minutes
Add the broccoli. Give it another stir, make sure it’s well coated
Add 3 tbsp of water, place a lid on the wok and let it steam for 5 minutes
At the end, add half a tsp of salt, half a tsp of pepper and yeah – that’s it! Super easy, super tasty
