For the pineapple shot:
2 pineapples, peeled and quartered
2 tsp ground turmeric
1 tsp ground ginger
For the lemon shot:
2 lemons, sliced in half
1 tsp ground ginger
1 tsp ground cinnamon
Drinking water
For the pineapple shot:
Place the pineapple quarters through a juicer until all the juice has been strained out
In a cup, add the turmeric and ginger to the pineapple juice and mix well
Pour into a shot glass and enjoy
For the lemon shot:
Using a citrus squeezer, juice the lemon halves and remove any pulp
Add the ginger and cinnamon, stirring in a splash of drinking water as you go
Once the spices are well stirred, use a sieve to strain the juice and remove any clumps
Pour into a shot glass and enjoy
