1 tbsp olive oil
1 tbsp apple cider vinegar
1 tbsp soy sauce
1 large garlic clove, minced
¼ tbsp Ground Cumin
¼ tbsp Crushed Chipotle Pepper
80ml red wine
120ml ketchup
The best Red Wine Barbecue Sauce, you will want this with all your meals!
Heat the olive oil in a saucepan over a medium heat. Add the garlic, Ground Cumin and Crushed Chipotle Pepper and cook for around 1 minute.
Add the red wine and simmer for 2 minutes.
Add the ketchup, apple cider vinegar and soy sauce and cook for a further 2 minutes. Remove from the heat and serve.
Note: for an extra smoky flavour, you can also add liquid smoke.
