1 handful frozen pineapple
2 tbsp lime juice
1 tsp white sugar
1 tsp Pimenton Dulce
1 tsp Poudre de Colombo curry powder
1 tsp salt
½ tsp Chilli Powder
½ tsp black pepper
1 tsp Chipotle Chillies
250ml mayonnaise
a huge step up from any old dip, try our Pineapple Chipotle Aioli!
Aside from the mayonnaise, add all the ingredients to a food processor or blender. Process until smooth for around 1 minute.
In a bowl, combine the mixture with the mayonnaise and stir well.
Keep in the fridge until ready to use. The aioli will keep in an airtight container for around 3 days.
