1 pack halloumi cheese
6 tbsp all purpose flour
3 tsp Peri Peri Seasoning
1 egg
60ml olive oil
Cut the halloumi into 1cm thin slices
In a mixing bowl, combine the flour and Peri Peri Seasoning
In a separate bowl, crack the egg open and beat it
Dip a few slices of halloumi into the egg, making sure they’re well coated
Transfer the halloumi into the flour mixture, covering all sides
Heat the olive oil on a low heat. Place the halloumi into the pan and fry until golden brown, flipping halfway (around 3 minutes on each side)
