40g oats
1 teaspoon organic cinnamon
Milk
2 tablespoons plain yoghurt
Chopped nuts or our 8 or 5 seed mixes
1 teaspoon runny honey
Handful of frozen berries

Method

If your too busy to make anything for breakfast in the morning, overnight oats are the answer!

Step 1

Into a bowl tip in 40g oats and the Organic Cinnamon. Pour in the milk till the oats are just covered add the plain yogurt.

Step 2

Add a sprinkle of chopped nuts and the runny honey. Leave in the fridge overnight.

Step 3

In the morning and your toppings of choice – frozen berries, a drizzle of peanut butter or almond butter,  sliced banana or our 8 or 5 seeds.

If you like yours a little runnier, then add a little more milk
