300g chicken wings
For the marinade:
1 tsp Mild Sweet Paprika
1 tsp Ground Cumin Seeds
1 tsp Ground Turmeric
1 tsp Ground Nutmeg
1 tsp Chilli Powder
1 tsp ground coriander
1 tsp salt
1 lemon, juiced
1 onion, roughly chopped
5 garlic cloves
4 tbsp olive oil
In a food processor or blender, combine all the ingredients for the marinade. Blend until smooth.
Add the chicken wings into a bowl and sprinkle the salt over them.
Pour the marinade over the chicken wings and mix well, making sure everything is well coated.
Cover with cling film and marinate in the fridge overnight.
Heat your barbecue.
Place the chicken wings on the grill and cook for 10 minutes on each side. When you flip them over, make sure to add more of the marinade onto the wings. Serve with our tzatziki recipe.
