3 spring onions, finely sliced
250g ground beef
2 eggs
2 cloves garlic, finely minced
1 tsp grated ginger
1 tsp Cumin
½ tsp Cayenne Chillies Ground
1 tsp Crushed Sumac Berries
½ tsp Salt
½ tsp Black Pepper
2 portions of cooked rice
2 tbsp cooking oil
Step 1:
Heat the cooking oil in a wok over medium heat. Add the cumin, garlic and ginger and stir for 1 minute.
Step 2:
Add the ground beef to the wok and cook for about 5 minutes.
Step 3:
Add the eggs into the wok and stir into the beef for 3 minutes until the yolk is no longer runny.
Step 4:
Add the rice and stir into the mixture until evenly coated. Add the salt, pepper, cayenne chillies, sumac berries and spring onions, and stir for a further minute.
