2 handfuls bean sprouts
2 cloves garlic, minced
1 tbsp thinly sliced spring onion
1 tbsp sesame oil
2 tsp fish sauce
¼ tsp salt
1 tsp Shichimi Togarashi
Step 1:
Boil some water in a saucepan. Once boiling, add the bean sprouts and cook for 30 seconds. Drain.
Step 2:
Transfer the drained bean sprouts into a mixing bowl. Add the garlic, salt, spring onion, sesame oil, fish sauce and Shichimi Togarashi, and mix well. Serve as a side dish.
