Cook the chicken as indicated on the pack. Meanwhile, heat a glug of oil in a large saucepan on medium heat. Once hot add the carrot and onion and cook for 5 mins until softened, stirring occasionally. Add the garlic and Katsu Curry Seasoning.
Separately, mix the flour and water to make a smooth paste. Gradually add to the pan, stirring continuously for 2 mins.
Slowly add the hot stock while mixing. Bring to the boil and simmer for 10 mins, stirring occasionally. Add the honey and soy sauce. Use a stick blender to create a smooth sauce.
Slice the breaded chicken and pour the curry sauce on top. Serve with rice and salad or pickled veg!
