  • Mi Cuit (semi-dried) or roasted cherry tomatoes
  • Black olives
  • Toasted Pine Nuts
  • Drizzle of olive oil

Method

This recipe has been very kindly submitted to us by Mandy Sylvester for us to share with you on our website. We hope you enjoy it but please do note that we are not able to try and test every recipe sent to us so all feedback is very much appreciated.

Grill the halloumi cheese till golden brown then just pile the slices of halloumi on the plate, sprinkle with chopped mi-cuit (semi-dried) tomatoes (or roasted cherry tomatoes) and olives, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and Zahtar spice mix.
