Grill the halloumi cheese till golden brown then just pile the slices of halloumi on the plate, sprinkle with chopped mi-cuit (semi-dried) tomatoes (or roasted cherry tomatoes) and olives, drizzle with olive oil and sprinkle with toasted pine nuts and Zahtar spice mix.
