250g raw prawns
4 garlic cloves, minced
1 tablespoon chopped parsley
1 tsp Pimenton Dulce
1 tsp Crushed Red Chilli Flakes
A glug of olive oil
Gambas al Pil Pil is a delicious popular Spanish tapas, enjoy with chunks of crusty bread and a glass of wine for the ultimate experience!
Add a good glug of olive oil to a small frying pan and heat over a medium-high flame.
Add the prawns and cook on one side for a minute.
Add the garlic, parsley, pimenton dulce and chilli flakes, and stir well.
Cook for a further 2 minutes until the prawns have completely turned pink.
