  • Fresh Coriander (2 tbsp finely chopped)
  • Golden Granulated Sugar ('a pinch')
  • Lemon Juice (2 tsp)
  • Red Onion (1 small chopped)
  • Ripe Tomatoes (400g / 14oz skinned & roughly chopped)

1) Mix all ingredients (including your selected chillies from those listed below) together.
