1 large ripe avocado
1 200g tub of soft cream cheese
2 fresh bagels
4 tsp of Chermoula Spice Blend
100g smoked salmon
A twist on your standard bagel for lunch…chermoula salmon bagel!
Step 1:
Slice your bagels in half and lightly toast.
Step 2:
On a plate, spoon out 4 teaspoons of the chermoula spice blend
Step 3:
Take your pieces of smoked salmon and drag them across the plate, ensuring that they all receive an even coat of chermoula spice blend on both sides.
Step 4:
Heat a frying pan on a medium flame. Place your pieces of salmon and lightly fry on both sides for about 1 minute or so
Step 5:
Spread your soft cream cheese across both sides of the bagel, followed by a spread of avocado. Lastly, place your salmon on top and close the bagel
