250g Cooked and Peeled King Prawns
200g Egg Noodles
1 x Red Pepper chopped
2 x Garlic Cloves crushed
100g Spinach
1 tbs Chermoula Spice Blend
1 tbs Lemon Pepper
1 tbs Parsley
1 tbs olive oil
1 tsp salt & pepper
In a bowl mix the olive oil, crushed garlic cloves, chermoula, lemon pepper, parsley and salt & pepper.
Add the prawns and coat well.
Boil a pan of water and add the noodles for 5 minutes or per package instructions.
Heat up a large wok and fry the prawns mixture.
Add chopped red peppers then the spinach until wilted and cooked.
Drain the noodles and add to the wok, combine all together.
Serve & Enjoy!
