2 fish fillets (oily fish such as trout or mackerel)
4 tsp chermoula spice blend
4 tbsp extra virgin olive oil
4 tbsp chopped coriander
2 garlic cloves, crushed
Juice from half a lemon

Step 1:
In a mixing bowl, combine the chermoula spice blend, olive oil, chopped coriander and lemon juice.
Step 2:
Add the fish fillets into the bowl and coat well with the marinade.
Step 3:
Leave the fish fillets to marinate for 4-6 hours.
Step 4:
In a shallow frying pan pre-heated on medium heat, fry the fish fillets for 6 minutes, turning halfway.
