2 bagels
1 can tuna, drained
2 tbsp mayonnaise
½ tsp basil leaves
1 tsp Cajun Blackening Spice Blend
1 tsp lemon juice
Sliced cucumber
Sliced tomato
Handful of grated cheddar
This Cajun Tuna Bagel is the perfect lunch break bagel, full of melty cheese, tuna and fresh ingredients, using our special Cajun Blackening spice blend.
Preheat the oven to 200°C. In a bowl, combine the tuna, mayonnaise, Cajun Blackening Spice Blend and lemon juice and mix well.
Slice each bagel in half and spread a generous helping of tuna mix on the bottom slice of each bagel.
Add a helping of grated cheese on top of the tuna mix.
Add a few slices of cucumber and tomato.
Close the bagels with the top halves and cook in the oven for around 5 minutes until the cheese has melted.
