Four sausages
1 - 2 tablespoons olive oil
2 - 3 chicken breasts, diced
One pack of Cajun Jambalaya Sauce
Four portions of cooked rice
Cajun Jambalaya
Cook the sausages and cut into chunks.
Heat the olive oil and stir-fry the diced chicken breasts.
Once the chicken is cooked, stir in the Jambalaya sauce and the sausages and bring to a simmer.
Stir in the cooked rice and serve hot.
(Also good with vegetables, ham, prawns, shrimps…)
