1 banana sliced
200ml coconut milk
½ tsp ground turmeric
¼ tsp ground ginger
¼ tsp cinnamon
2 tbsp honey
½ tsp vanilla extract
Lemon juice (a squeeze)
Combine all ingredients in your blender flask.
Blend and serve.
