200g chicken breast, diced
1/2 onion, sliced
3 cloves garlic, sliced
4 shallots, sliced
3 tsp Baharat Spice Blend
¾ tsp salt
Handful of green beans, sliced
2 small carrots, sliced
1 bell pepper, sliced
1 spring onion, chopped
A dash of cooking oil
Heat the oil over a medium flame and fry the onions, garlic and shallot for around 3 minutes.
Add the chicken and mix well.
Add the Baharat Spice Blend and stir, making sure the chicken is well coated.
Stir in the green beans, carrots and peppers.
Add the salt.
When the vegetables are soft and ready to serve, add the spring onion and cook for a further minute.
