8 x Chicken drumsticks/thighs
2 x shallots chopped finely
1 x garlic clove crushed and chopped finely
4 tbs Olive oil
1 x Juice of one lemon
1 tbs Aleppo pepper
2 tbs Apple cider vinegar
Salt & Pepper
This Aleppo chicken flavoured with Aleppo Peppers is so juicy and delicious, great with cous cous, salads or as part of a BBQ
Step 1
Place chicken into a large bowl and pour over all the ingredients and mix well.
Step 2
Marinade in the fridge for at least an hour
Step 3
Preheat the oven at 180 degrees and add the chicken and marinade to a baking tray
Step 4
Cook for around 30 minutes (check chicken has no pink meat and is cooked through)
Serve with a garnish of Parsley and sprinkle of salt and pepper.
