The secret to these products is in the quality of the spices - from the moment you open these blends, it is quite obvious you're dealing with a completely different animal to normal run of the mill stuff offered by various retailers at much lower prices. Don't be fooled - this is the real deal. I have no connection or affiliation with Seasoned Pioneers... just someone who appreciates and knows quality when I see it. I enjoy cooking traditional asian dishes and have used many of the blends offered by this company. Tonight I made a Chicken Pasanda which was simply amazing. I followed the recipe and method supplied on the packaging although, note, this information is also available on their website if the packaging gets marked or damaged... This curry turned out slightly hotter than expected but bursting with flavour and an aroma to die for!
