Cajun jambalaya is a traditional Louisiana Creole dish with strong French, Spanish, and African culinary influences, reflecting the history of the region. It’s typically a one-pot dish, made by mixing chicken, andouille sausage and shrimp with rice, vegetables and a hot spice mix. This creates a rich, fruity and warming meal, often considered comfort food. You find that Cajun jambalaya is typically a staple at gatherings and events in Louisiana, as it can easily feed a crowd!

This delicious Cajun Jambalaya Gourmet Cooking Sauce gets its characteristic flavour from a blend of spices, including our famous Cajun Spice Blend, black peppercorns, oregano and cayenne which all work together to give a delightful heat and complexity.
