We thoroughly enjoyed eating Zanzibar vegetable curries when on holiday recently and were delighted to discover that we could buy the spice mix in the UK, especially as we weren't able to buy the spices locally and when we were away. You've absolutely nailed the flavours - they transported us back to our amazing holiday.

I made chicken curry with this, me and my boyfriend loved it. Better still, my extremely picky eating step kids (7,10) ate it and said it was the best curry they ever had. They are so hard to feed so this was hugely unexpected and very welcomed surprise!

I'm delighted to have found this. I have been using Hello Fresh boxes and was worried about replicating the taste when the ingredients called for a particular spice or herb mix so I can now make the recipes with confidence. Zanzibar curry powder is absolutely delicious. Not too hot and very tasty. Originally found out about it via a HelloFresh recipe. My family love it.

It makes a great curry with minimal fuss.
I just added to to chicken, veg and coconut milk with a squeeze of lime for a lovely easy dinner. I just wish I’d made more 😊

Absolutely delicious. Warming and aromatic. I use it in my coconut-based curries. Add in like juice and zest. Makes the entire blend pop even more.
